Senior Technician- 8+years
LBA are seeking a highly skilled technician to come and join our creative team with 8+ years of experience. They should have exceptional technical and design skills with past experience in multi-unit residential developments, student accommodation and commercial projects.
Due to a number of new appointments we are looking for talented and ambitious technologists with 8+ years experience to join our creative team.
The role would be well-suited to someone who is comfortable working across multi-sector projects of scale, to support the project lead and wider architectural team. We are looking for someone who has a proven history of exceptional technical experience, delivering projects from inception through to handover on site. Student housing experience is preferred but not essential. Passivhaus experience and qualifications would also be preferrable.
