We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technician (8+ years) to join our dynamic team due to a number of new recent appointments. Ideal candidates will excel in multi-sector projects, supporting project leads and our architectural team. Experience in student housing, Passivhaus, and proficiency in Archicad and Sketch-Up is advantageous. Candidates should be proactive, organised problem-solvers with a strong grasp of Scottish Building Regulations.

Our ideal team member would be friendly, creative, and proactive, with strong 3D skills and a keen interest in BIM Management. They should share our values, have a desire for professional development, and diverse interests. A driving license is required for local travel.
