PART 2/PART 3

LBA are on the look-out for an experienced part 2 or newly qualified part 3 to join our growing team.

We’re searching for a talented part 2 or a recently qualified part 3 with proven technical experience and exceptional design skills.  The role would primarily involve assisting in the delivery and management of varying scales of residential and commercial projects, producing exceptional technical packages with minimal supervision.  We are dedicated to helping develop your role within the office and ensuring that your responsibility increases as your experience does.

Friendly, motivated, creative, out-of-the-box problem-solver

Creativity and design led skills with a commercial reality

Exceptional technical knowledge and ability to produce technical packages

Proactive and organised, with excellent record-keeping

Front end project running & delivery experience

Comfortable with contract administration

Knowledge and experience delivering a wide range of construction methods

BIM whizz (or on your way to being one!) – ideally in ArchiCAD

Someone who shares our team values...we will test you!

Please note that this role will involve local travel and a driving licence will be required
