LBA accepted, in conjunction with developers Glencairn Properties, the award for Innovation in Design for Woodhall Drive at the Scottish Home Awards. The award recognises LBA's progressive design ethos and is testament to our successful partnership with Glencairn Properties.

The 11th annual event, which was attended by 600 guests with a record 68 housebuilding companies competing for 16 awards for excellence in new home creation over the last year. 

Thanks to the structural engineers Harley Haddow for their major contribution to the project and congratulations to all the finalists - the competition and calibre was so high this year!
