When entrusted with a full-service commission through the RIBA Work Stages, LBA is delighted to extend our services to include Principal Designer roles as mandated by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Our architects, with their comprehensive involvement from the project’s inception, are ideally positioned to assume this responsibility.

As the lead designer, the Principal Designer plays a crucial role in overseeing, planning, managing, and coordinating health and safety aspects during the pre-construction phase of a project, ensuring a seamless integration of safety protocols from the outset.
