st andrews site progress

We’re delighted with the progress on site for our residential development in St Andrews. We were appointed by S1 Developments and Headon Developments in 2021 to design the first residential site of the masterplan, Site N6.

The development comprises 96 units with a mix of housing typologies, ranging from family homes to flats and downsizer apartments. Phase 1 started on site in September 2022 and the first purchasers have now moved in. Elements of the designs are reflective of the traditional character found across St Andrews and the selected bricks provide a high quality and robust design aesthetic with features such as soldier coursing and projecting brickwork to increase interest on the elevations.

Landscaping plays a key role in this development and it’s great to see the first areas of planting going in!
