Jodie Walker
Project Architect
Jodie began her Architectural journey at the University of Dundee, graduating in 2020 with a Masters in Architecture with Urban Planning with Distinction. Prior to joining LBA, Jodie’s experience lay primarily in the residential sector from small scale extensions to bespoke new build homes, with a strong focus on designing to achieve the Passivhaus Standard. Throughout Jodie’s professional career, she has developed a significant interest in low energy, eco design. Jodie’s career progression goals include obtaining her Passivhaus Designer qualifications in the near future.
Since joining LBA, Jodie has fully immersed herself in various Farm Diversification Projects – working closely with the LBA team, consultants and the local authority. Given the nature of Jodie’s professional background and experience in sustainable building design, she will have the opportunity to integrate her skills and knowledge in this sector to support and assist the LBA team.
Outside of the office, Jodie has a love for all things fitness, this includes taking part in challenging CrossFit and Hyrox competitions. Jodie also has a great love for dance, having been a competitive Irish Dancer since the age of 8 – although, the competitive element no longer plays a part in her life she still enjoys her weekly dance classes for ‘fun’!
