Young Professionals

As we build our careers in the property industry, a very important aspect of obtaining and securing new clients, projects and contacts is to build a strong network. We encourage all of our team to be building their network in some way, whether that be with clients, consultants, suppliers, contactors and our peers.

Samantha Smith RIAS and John Cameron set up a ‘Young Professionals’ networking group in December 2022 for a wide variety of professionals across the property industry. The purpose of the group was to socialise with like-minded professionals, at a similar point in their careers, to foster new and maintain existing relationships.

“We’ve organised three events to date, with a new company sponsoring the event each time – thank you so much to Studio LBA, Axiom Project Services and Ferguson Planning. The guest list continues to grow and the events present the perfect opportunity to socialise in a relaxed environment with friends, whilst growing our professional networks.

Meeting new professionals across the industry has been hugely beneficial to both promoting services and fostering new working relationships.
