Headon S1 St Andrews West + Studio LBA – Scottish Home Awards Finalists

We are delighted to announce that one of our projects has been been shortlisted as finalists in two categories of the Scottish Home Awards 2024. The first one being Housing Development of the Year (Small, Private Sale) for St Andrews West Phase 1 and secondly, House of the Year for The Rowhouses, St Andrews.   This recognition highlights the dedication and hard work of all teams involved in creating a high-quality place and landscape led development at St Andrews West.

We are proud to have contributed to this important project and eagerly anticipate the results. The winners will be revealed at the Scottish Home Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 13th, in Glasgow. In the meantime, we extend our profound thanks to our clients, S1 Developments and Headon Developments, as well as everyone else who has played a part in the success of the St Andrews West projects.
