Join the team – Part II Graduate
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Part 2 graduate to come and join our team in Kinross, following some exciting new appointments. The role will primarily involve assisting in the delivery of varying scales of residential and commercial projects and we’re committed to ensuring our Part 2s are immersed in, and supported through all stages of a project, gaining the best experience for their Part 3 exam.
We’ve put our heads together to imagine our new team member, and you might be just who we’re looking for, so if you’re:
- Friendly, motivated and creative – a natural problem-solver who thinks outside the box
- Proactive and organised, with strong time management and notes attention to detail
- Knowledge of BIM software or on your way to becoming a whizz! Together with SketchUp and AutoCAD as well as proficient in using Adobe/Affinity suite.
- Confident with presentation and visual communication
- Someone who shares our team values and enjoys collaboration
- Ambitious about your professional development. Graphically and visually competent, which helps with drawings, DAS, diagrams, visuals etc.
- An interest in all aspects of design, creative and technical, and AI, all of great benefit.
- Sociable, with diverse interests and hobbies
- Able to travel locally – a driving licence and access to transport is required
