Planning Permission Secured- Orwell FarmLtd, Kinross

We are delighted that we have secured planning permission for Orwell Farm Ltd, recently awarded Net-Zero Development of the Year 2025 at the Scottish Property Awards, and permission being granted for several key projects:

Change of use from office space to a nursery, creating a new outdoor focused home for Rosemount Nursery, Kinross.
A new Class 4 industrial unit providing a home for a local furniture maker and circular economy business, Fabby Furniture
Four energy efficient business pods, of which three are already let to, Frew Conservation, The Pilates Lab and Edinburgh Film Company.

This once derelict steading on the banks of Loch Leven, Orwell Farm has been transformed into a thriving hub for sustainable rural enterprise and we can’t wait to welcome these small independent businesses to our growing community.
