We have received the exciting news that our planning application for our project at Currievale Park in Edinburgh has been approved.

The proposal comprises 6 new-build family homes for CARLSSON PROPERTIES Ltd at Currievale Park located in the residential area of Currie, Edinburgh. Working alongside Ferguson Planning, Narro and Land Use Consultants LLC, Studio LBA have designed a development which positively contributes to the existing context, enhances the site’s biodiversity value and incorporates existing landscape features.

The mix of house types provide future occupiers with open plan internal layouts suitable for flexible family living whilst the dwellings have been arranged on the site to create a characterful street scene and prioritise generous private external amenity spaces.
