Exciting times, we have been nominated for the above, in the category of Development of the Year, St Andrews West. This is a joint entry with Headon Developments / S1 Developments / Studio LBA and we are delighted to share this recognition with them and the consultants who have been on this journey with us.

This 1st completed phase, merges sustainability, innovation and historic charm, with communal green space, cycling routes, and a cutting edge underground waste management system as well as balancing tradition with modern day living and setting new standards for residential design in Scotland.
