Orwell farm, Finalist – Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025!

We are absolutely thrilled that Orwell Farm Ltd has been recognised in The Herald Property Awards Finalists for Scotland 2025. It has been nominated in 2 categories; Best Regeneration Project, Commercial and Innovation in Sustainable Construction and Design.

Orwell Farm was a low budget project that has transformed a derelict farm steading into net zero commercial offices, which Studio LBA are now delighted to call “Home!”  Achieving a net-zero EPC rating, featuring solar panels, a ground source heat pump, underfloor heating and on-site material re-use. Overall giving a fabulous creative space enjoyed by the LBA team on a daily basis.
