Tasenka Guilford

Architect / BIM Manager

Tasenka recently joined Team LBA as an architect, having started her architectural career in New Zealand studying at Victoria University, Wellington graduating with a BArch degree majoring in Interior Architecture and a MArch (Professional) with Merit. She moved to Edinburgh in 2019 joining a Scottish based architecture firm where she has been working within the Healthcare Sector for the last 4 years.

She has worked on a broad spectrum of Healthcare projects from light refurbishments to being part of the teams that have delivered multiple new build National Treatment Centres and Community Hospitals across the Highlands. During this time Tasenka completed her RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Architecture (part 3) in 2022.

Having recently joined the practice Tasenka will be working on a heritage project for serviced apartments in central Edinburgh

She has a strong interest in Sustainability being a member of ACAN and recently completing the OneClick course she is now a Construction Life Cycle Assessment Specialist.

Outside of work Tasenka enjoys getting away to the highlands to enjoy the outdoors whether that be hiking, mountain biking or paddle boarding.
